  • What is IndigoMinds?
    IndigoMinds is a service that lets you connect with carefully chosen advisors in many areas of interest and gain access to their expertise quickly. Our Advisors are real people who are trained in your area of interest and have agreed to abide by our Oath of Integrity, promising honest, ethical services and quality customer service to each and every Client.

  • Who can use IndigoMinds?
    You must be 18 years of age or older and be able to engage in a legal binding contract with an Advisor. Spiritual or Metaphysical services are for entertainment purposes only.

  • What does it cost to use IndigoMinds?
    There is no charge to browse the IndigoMinds website. Your initial contact with our Advisors is free, via email or Live Chat.
  • Each of our Advisors set their own rates for service, and once you have come to an agreement with your Advisor, they will offer PayPal or other forms of payment for your convenience.

  • Our commitment to your privacy
    At IndigoMinds, we and all Advisors value your privacy. We do not rent, sell or otherwise pass on any information you may provide.

    IndigoMinds.com may retain electronic communications you send to our Advisors, staff, webmaster or other associates. These may be shared only within IndigoMinds.com as a means to continually improve our customer service. We do not store any payment information, including credit card or bank information on our databases. This is the reason that we chose PayPal as our payment partner, to protect our Clients and Advisors. To read more about our Privacy Policy, click

CONTACTING AN ADVISOR VIA  LIVE CHAT

  • LiveChat Sessions
    To chat LIVE with an Advisor, visit the profile of your Advisor of choice. Advisors who are available for a live session will have a white "ONLINE" button that will connect you directly to their Instant Messenger [either through AIM and/or YAHOO - Please note that you must have the appropriate instant messenger software installed on your computer to use this chat option] or a gold button that says “Chat On-Line” [no software will ever be installed on your computer]. From an Advisors Listing or Personal Profile page, click on the appropriate button to activate the Instant Messengenger or LiveChat software, and the Advisor will be instantly connected to you. Please allow a few moments for the Advisor to respond to your message.
  • At this time, you may communicate for free with an Advisor. The length of this initial consultation is at the sole discretion of the Advisor. This free time is for the Client and Advisor to determine if the Advisor’s qualifications meet your needs and to discuss the terms of service, length of communication or service session or other modes of communication with the Advisor in order for them to fulfill your service request.

    Once you have determined that you wish to hire a particular Advisor and the rate and length of the services you are requiring has been mutually agreed upon, the Advisor will brief you on their method[s] of payment.

  • Completing the Payment Process
    Most IndigoMinds Advisors use PayPal and have an Express Check out available from their profile. If not, your Advisor will generate an Invoice for you to pay for your agreed upon service. This will be sent to the email address you give to your Advisor. You will need to log-in to your email account and follow the instructions given on the invoice.  This will only take a few moments of your time.
  • When the payment has been completed, return to you Instant Messenger window or LiveChat window to let your Advisor know you have completed the payment process. The advisor will then begin your paid session.

    In some cases, Advisor’s may offer “QuickPay” links to specific services they may offer, in the Chat process. In this case, you may click on this link and be directed to the Advisors PayPal checkout page to pay for services. Complete the payment process and then return to the Instant Messenger window or LiveChat window to begin your session with the Advisor.

    Another option for payment is to request a “PayPal ID” or email address from the Advisor where you may send your payment for sevices. You can include the description of the service you are requesting in the “notes section” of your “Send Money” transaction to the Advisor.

  • Session Time
    Please be aware that it is up to the Advisor and Client to keep track of how long their session lasts. For example, if you hire an Advisor for a session for a period of 30 minutes, it is up to both parties to time the session and end the session when the elapsed time is up. We recommend that Advisors keep an audible timer near their phone when doing Telephone or Chat sessions with Clients.
  • If the Client and Advisor would like to continue their LiveChat session beyond the initial agreed upon time, the Client may hire the expert for additional time, and then return to the LiveChat window to continue the session.

  • Transcript of your Session
    To keep a transcript of your session, simply click the “SAVE” button on your computer, and then click “FILE” and then select 'PRINT'. You can also choose to save it to your hard drive by selecting 'SAVE AS'.

  • Disconnections
    A LiveChat session may occasionally be interrupted unexpectedly. This can happen because either the Advisor chose to end the session, or due to an unforseen technical difficulty. If this occurs, please attempt to reconnect with the Advisor either through LiveChat or Email and arrange to continue the session.
  • If you have any difficulty reconnecting with the Advisor, or experience any other problem regarding the session, please contact Customer Support and include the name of the Advisor, the date and time of the session, and a description of the problem.

    IndigoMinds is dedicated to customer service and we will make every attempt to help resolve the difficulties you may experience in a timely manner.

CONTACTING AN ADVISOR VIA EMAIL

  • Email Sessions
    To send an email inquiry to any of our Advisors, simply visit their profile page and click on the “Email Me” button.
  • Enter a subject, a description of the service you require, the expected timeframe for the service, the fee you are willing to pay for the service and an email address at which the Advisor can contact you.

    Next, click the “Send” button.

    Your message will be transmitted to the Advisor, and you should expect a response within 24-48 hours to the email address you provided.

    The Advisor may at this time request further information, negotiate the price, or agree to perform the service as requested and provide details of expected time of delivery of the service and methods of payment available to you.

  • Completing the Payment Process
    Most Advisors use PayPal. Once you have agreed upon the service to be provided, and the cost and timeline of the service, your Advisor will generate an invoice or direct you to their Advisor Profile page where you can pay through their 'Express' PayPal check out. Any invoices will be sent to the email address you give to your Advisor. You will need to log-in to your email account and follow the instructions provided to complete payment.
  • In some cases, Advisors may offer “QuickPay” links to specific services. In this case, you may click on this link and be directed to the Advisor’s PayPal checkout page for this service.

    Another option for payment is to request a “PayPal ID” or email address from the Advisor where you may send your payment for a session. You can include the description of the service you are requesting in the “notes section” of your “Send Money” transaction to the Advisor

    The Advisor will provide the agreed upon service to you via email to the email address you provided, within the agreed upon timeframe after receipt of your payment.

CONTACTING AN ADVISOR VIA TELEPHONE

  • Telephone Sessions
    Some Advisors have chosen to be available via telephone. If this option is available for your Advisor of choice, you will see a “telephone” icon on their Profile Page that says “Call Me”.
  • To speak to an Advisor by phone, click the “Call Me” button on their Profile Page.  Follow the instructions as stated.

    The following information will be provided to the Advisor: Date and time of your call, your call duration, phone number, your IP address, Phone Link, and the web page URL you called from. No other personal information will be transmitted.  This information is provided as a security for the Advisor in order to block any harrasing calls that they may receive. Any harrassment toward any advisor will not be tolerated. Also, to protect the Client, no other use of this information will be allowed by the Advisor.

  • Arranging a Telephone Session
    To arrange for a telephone consultation with an Advisor, you may first want to communicate with them via AIM and/or Yahoo Instant Messenger or through a 'Chat with Me” button. The Advisor will be instantly connected. Please allow a few moments for the Advisor to respond to your message.
  • At this time, you may communicate for free with the Advisor. The length of this initial consultation is at the sole discretion of the Advisor. This free time is for the Client and Advisor to determine if the Advisor’s qualifications meet your needs, and to discuss the terms of service, and the length of a Telephone session.  At the Advisors discretion they may ask you to call them to determine the above, opposed to negotiate your services via Instant Messenger or through 'Chat with Me”.

    Once you have determined that you wish to hire this Advisor and the rate and length of the Telephone session has been mutually agreed upon, you will be asked to return to the Advisor’s profile page and complete the payment process.

    After you have completed the payment process return to the Advisor’s Profile page and click on the “Call Me” button and follow the instructions as stated. You will then be connected directly with the Advisor.

    If the Advisor you wish to speak with is not currently available by phone, feel free to contact the Advisor via email to arrange a time for a Telephone session or alternatively, choose another Advisor.

  • Completing the Payment Process
    Most Advisors use PayPal. Once you have agreed upon the service to be provided, and the cost of the service, your Advisor will either direct you to their 'Express PayPal Checkout' on their Profile or generate an invoice on your behalf. The invoice will be sent to the email address you give to your Advisor. You will need to log-in to your email account and follow the instructions provided to complete payment.
  • In some cases, Advisors may offer “QuickPay” links to specific services. In this case, you may click on this link and be directed to the Advisor’s PayPal checkout page for this service.

    Return to your Chat window to receive further information from your Advisor on how they will proceed to provide you with the service you have agreed upon.

  • Session Time

PAYING FOR SERVICES

  • Payments through PayPal
    At IndigoMinds, our preferred method of payment to our Advisors is through PayPal. If you do not yet have a PayPal account and would like to set one up, click here to sign up. It’s safe, easy, secure and free!

  • What methods of payment does PayPal accept?
    PayPal accepts all major credit cards, or you can transfer funds from your bank account or pay from your existing PayPal balance. Click here for more information on PayPal.

  • Why do I need to pay the Advisor before the session begins?
    We recommend that the payment is transmitted to the Advisor before the session begins, because payment completes the contract between the Client and Advisor, and protects the Advisor from non-payment after the service has been rendered.

    An Advisor may choose to provide the service prior to receiving payment, but this decision is solely at the discretion of the Advisor.

  • Do Advisors offer free services?
    The Advisors at IndigoMinds are professional and business minded individuals, and offer services for a fee as in any other business operation. An Advisor may choose to offer a free service, but this is solely at the discretion of the individual Advisor. Continuous requests for free services by a Client may result in termination of the Client’s ability to use the services at IndigoMinds and will be at the sole discretion of IndigoMinds.

  • What if I am unhappy with the service I received?
    If you are, for any reason, unhappy with the service you received from the Advisor, please first attempt a resolution with that Advisor.
  • If a resolution can not be achieved, contact Customer Support with all the details of the session, and we will attempt to help resolve the matter working toward an amicable resolution for all parties.

    IndigoMinds cares about the interactions on our site, and will make every attempt to achieve a satisfactory resolution to the situation. We will also refer you to PayPal’s Dispute Resolution Service if applicable. In the event that the dispute cannot resolved, you may file a claim with PayPal if applicable.

REVIEW SYSTEM & FEEDBACK

  • Leaving Feedback
    Your feedback after a session with an Advisor is extremely important and valued by IndigoMinds and to the Advisor. To leave feedback for an Advisor, click on the “Rate Me” button on the Advisor’s profile page and fill out the form.
  • The feedback system is NOT to be abused. Any abuse of this area by any customers or visitors may result in the termination of your ability to use any future services at IndigoMinds.

    If you have had a particularly negative experience with an Advisor, please email our Administration office at admin@indigominds.com after you have first made an honest attempt to resolve your complaint with the Advisor. We take all complaints seriously and your concerns will be investigated and addressed directly with the Advisor working toward an amicable resolution.

  • Your Comments
    The comments space may be used to leave a few words about the quality of the Advisor’s service. Please do not include any personal information in this space such as your email address or telephone number to protect your privacy. All comments are reviewed and any inappropriate content will be removed.
