The Oath of Integrity is a promise that I will stand for excellence, and extend my personal best. I will not willfully mislead, or otherwise seek to prey upon anyone enlisting me for a service.
I attest to the fact that the statements on my Advisor Profile are true, and not written to mislead or promise more to my Clients than I intend to deliver.
I agree not to share in any way, any personal or private information provided to me by my Client, and abide in an ethical way with regard to any such information received from my Client.
I agree to create clear written or verbal contracts between myself and the Client, which become the sole legal responsibility of the parties creating the pact. I understand that at no time does IndigoMinds accept responsibility for the actions of the Advisor, as the Advisor is an Independent Contractor purchasing space to promote their services. Neither does IndigoMinds accept liability for the actions of clients or visitors who frequent the site.
I understand and agree that IndigoMinds will not tolerate fraudulent dealings and/or corrupt actions incurred by either client or Advisor, which when proven, are subject to immediate termination of membership, as well as our compliance with any legal authorities that client or Advisor may involve, to investigate the events in question.
SPAMMING
Spamming by either client or Advisor will not be tolerated. Most individuals are not content to receive a daily email regarding specials and promotions. You may list those promotions on your page, but are encouraged to limit your mailed promotions biweekly or monthly and may do so only with expressed permission from the Client.
If complaints are received regarding spamming, and are backed with proof that it has taken place, a warning will be issued. After three warnings, your Advisor account is subject to suspension or termination at the sole discretion of the administrative board of IndigoMinds.com.
GENERAL CONDUCT
Defamation of clients or fellow Advisors will not be tolerated, and is also subject to three warnings, suspension and possible termination at the sole discretion of the administrative board of IndigoMinds.com.
IndigoMinds.com reserves the right to take legal actions where deemed necessary.
As professionals, and conscious individuals, you are responsible for your own actions. By agreeing to these terms, you are bound by your word and promise. As an Advisor of IndigoMinds.com, you agree to govern your actions by this Oath of Integrity.
